Alcatel One Touch Troubleshooting

  • 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers
  • 3. Tap More
  • 5. Tap Wi-Fi Hotspot
  • 7. Tap Set Up Wi-Fi Hotspot
  • 8. Enter a name for the network. This is the name that other devices searching for the network will see
  • 10. Enter a password for the network and then tap Save. This is the password that must be entered on other devices in order to connect to the network
  • 11. To turn a portable Wi-Fi hotspot off, swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger
  • 13. Tap the status switch beside On
